2006年本科毕业于西南林学院野生动物保护与自然保护区管理专业,2009年研究生毕业于西南林学院野生动植物保护与利用专业;2012-2015攻读西北大学动物学专业博士。自2006年开始从事灵长类的营养生态学、行为生态学和保护生物学研究,及生物多样性保护与可持续发展。2007年至今10余年,持续在兰坪云岭省级自然保护区拉沙山区域 (云岭省滇金丝猴野外站) 开展滇金丝猴行为生态学和保护生物学研究;2016年以来,以拉沙山流域为监测单元,组织构建流域生态系统综合监测体系,并持续多年开展多要素、多类群和多尺度的生物多样性综合监测。2019年获云南省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才计划项目支持,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,参与国家自然科学基金项目3项;已发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录论文20余篇。

研究方向

动物行为生态学与保护生物学。1) 滇西北地区灵长类动物在生态系统中的功能、对破碎化生境的行为响应及其保护策略;2) 东喜拉雅地区包括人类在内的灵长类动物社会系统的多样性与进化3) 中国三江并流区域 (云岭省级野外站)生态系统长期综合监测。
