2006年本科毕业于西南林学院野生动物保护与自然保护区管理专业，2009年研究生毕业于西南林学院野生动植物保护与利用专业；2012-2015攻读西北大学动物学专业博士。自2006年开始从事灵长类的营养生态学、行为生态学和保护生物学研究，及生物多样性保护与可持续发展。2007年至今10余年，持续在兰坪云岭省级自然保护区拉沙山区域 (云岭省滇金丝猴野外站) 开展滇金丝猴行为生态学和保护生物学研究；2016年以来，以拉沙山流域为监测单元，组织构建流域生态系统综合监测体系，并持续多年开展多要素、多类群和多尺度的生物多样性综合监测。2019年获云南省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才计划项目支持，主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项；已发表论文60余篇，其中SCI收录论文20余篇。

研究方向

动物行为生态学与保护生物学。1) 滇西北地区灵长类动物在生态系统中的功能、对破碎化生境的行为响应及其保护策略；2) 东喜玛拉雅地区包括人类在内的灵长类动物社会系统的多样性与进化；3) 中国三江并流区域 (云岭省级野外站)生态系统长期综合监测。
