外教住房入住须知（Regulations of Foreign Experts' Building）

欢迎您入住大理学院外专外教公寓！
Welcome to Dali University.
您入住的房间为 校区 幢 单元 室。

为了给您提供舒适的居住环境，在您入住前万博体育3.0手机版专门为您配备了必需的生活设备和设施。请您遵守以下规定：
For your comfortable living, the university provide you with necessary facilities and living conditions in the apartment. Please observe the following rules:
1、请您在入住期间爱护本房间的所有设施及物品，如有损坏遗矢，须按照损坏物品的价值赔偿（详见物品赔偿单）。
During you stay, please take good care of all the facilities and goods in the apartment, if anything lost or broken, you should buy a same or pay according to the value of the facilities and goods（please see the attached list）.
2、请您不要装修或更改公寓内的任何设施，否则将要求赔款。
Please do not modify any attached facilities in the apartment, otherwise you will be punished by the university.
3、请您保持房间内的清洁卫生。在合同期满退房前，请您自行将房间打扫干净或支付300元的房间清洁费，由国际合作与交流处验收。
Please keep the apartment clean. Before you check out of the apartment, you should clean the apartment or pay 300RMB for the room cleaning. The staff in International Exchange and Cooperation Division(IECD) will check the room before you check out.
